We are restoring this landmark with sensitivity and imagination to ensure that future generations will inherit not only its structure, but its story.
Behind the restored villa, a modern residential tower rises in dialogue with its historic neighbour. Together, they form a composition of legacy and light an homage to the past, designed for the future.
